Brunella Vejbæk
Description
With 20+ years of studio experience, Brunella is rock solid in the 'green' and the 'grey'. She has a vast knowledge of plants, and after further specialisation in growing conditions, plant selection, sustainability and care, Brunella probably has the greenest fingers in the studio.
At the same time, she always keeps a sharp focus on creating functional urban and landscape spaces that meet everyday requirements and climate challenges. That's why Brunella is DGNB-certified for urban areas and has studied rainwater management, soil, asphalt technology and pavements in depth.
In addition, Brunella regularly works on projects for the Danish National Church. Therefore, she understands the special nature of ecclesiastical collaborations: the unique Church organisation and the special nature of cemeteries. She works with respect for sacred acts, traditions, the past, landscape, nature and the spirit of the place itself.
She graduated as a landscape architect MDL from the Royal Veterinary & Agricultural School, Copenhagen University in 2000.
